Keyword match
Applicant tracking systems rank candidates by how well the resume's terms overlap the job description. If a posting says “project management” and your resume only says “led projects,” you may not register — so we flag the exact terms to mirror.
Impact verbs
Strong action verbs — Led, Delivered, Reduced, Shipped — signal ownership and outcomes. Passive openers like “Responsible for” read as job descriptions, not achievements.
Quantified results
Numbers make achievements credible: %, $, time saved, or scale. “Cut API latency 60%” beats “improved performance.” We check how many of your bullets carry a concrete metric.
ATS-safe formatting
