About the role
Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL) is a Singapore-based CLG jointly established by MOM, NTUC and SNEF. The incumbent will join the Advisory team for TAFEP, providing advisory services on fair employment practices and workplace fairness across multiple touchpoints in Singapore. The role involves guiding customers on employment disputes, including discrimination cases, and following through to case closure, while maintaining databases and contributing to process improvements.
