Assembly Operator (East, 4-day work week, Up to $3k + allowances)

Our client is a leading provider of server and data centre infrastructure solutions, supporting some of the world's largest technology and cloud companies. Role: Assembly Operator Location:  East Up to $3,000 basic + allowances  (basic commensurate with experience) What you'll be doing: • Assemble server chassis, hard drives, racks, and cabinets. • Perform server assembly and integration tasks on the production line. • Support unpacking, packaging, and rack build activities. • Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements. • Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area. • Assist with other production-related duties as assigned. What we're looking for: • NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification. • Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronics environment is preferred. • Comfortable using hand tools and working in a production setting. • Able to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards. • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Working Hours: • 12-hour rotating shifts • 4 working days per week • Rotating day and night shifts Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
