About the role
What success looks like in this role: Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripheral devices. Perform basic installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of IT equipment. Support IMAC activities (Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes) across client environments.
