BCCM Business Analyst (F/M)

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, or related disciplines, with at least 1-2 years focused on testing, exercising or technical recovery planning. • Proven hands-on expertise designing and executing testing exercises, including desktop exercises. • Demonstrated experience in the FSI sector (banking, insurance, or equivalent), with a solid understanding of how large financial organizations operate and manage technology dependencies. • Proven expertise in BCCM (Business Continuity and Crisis Management) frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. • Excellent facilitation skills: ability to engage senior leadership, manage differing perspectives, and drive productive discussions. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on exercise objectives and outcomes.
