About the role

• Solid hands-on experience working in an Agile setup, not just theory • Strong background in requirement engineering for complex, multi-stakeholder projects • End-to-end Business Analysis experience, from defining requirements to supporting implementation in a business-facing IT environment • Natural problem-solver and clear communicator, comfortable working with both business and tech teams • Previous experience in banking or finance • Confidence to escalate risks, issues and dependencies when needed with a proactive mindset • Strong delivery focus • Daily work with tools like Confluence and JIRA 📍 Client & contract:  lead international bank | B2B 🗣️ Recruitment: phone screen with our recruiter + 2 on-line meetings with hiring managers 🗺️ Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow Verita HR  is an international company providing recruitment support within #Fintech, #Finance and #Banking market in EMEA. We are looking for a highly effective, client focused Business Analyst with experience in managing delivery as well as in requirements gathering and testing. You will analyse, define and own the implementation of the Client Services products across multiple client journey, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to identify and assess business needs.
