About the role
exc– Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within large-scale transformation programmes
– Strong understanding of data management principles, including data storage controls, data integrity, data lineage, and data movement
– Experience working within the financial services sector, ideally on data, regulatory, compliance, or privacy-related initiatives
– Proven expertise in business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements management
– Strong experience conducting workshops and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
– Demonstrated ability to create clear and comprehensive business and functional documentation
– Experience working closely with Solution Architects, Technology teams, and business stakeholders
– Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies; SAFe certification is desirable
– Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
– Experience supporting testing, business readiness, training, and change implementation activities
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, reporting, and data analysis
– Ability to work effectively within a complex global matrix organization
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
