Clinic Receptionist (Central/ 5.5days)

[Job ID: 1650293] 5.5 work week (2 Saturday per month, Sat: 8:30 - 12:30 or 9:00 - 13:00) Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact, managing daily front desk operations • Handle cashiering, including accurate billing, payment collection, and daily reconciliation • Prepare and maintain daily financial and operational reports • Respond to patient enquiries and perform follow-up actions promptly • Manage insurance matters, including Letters of Guarantee (LOGs) and claims processing • Administer billing processes, maintain cash float, and promote cashless payment options • Support clinic operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader Requirements • At least 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Experience in clinic or healthcare settings is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
