Data Engineer / MLOps Engineer

Requirements • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer / MLOps Engineer • Hands-on expertise with GCP (BigQuery focus) and modern data architectures (Lakehouse/Data Lake), including layered data modeling and pipeline design • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions or equivalent) for scalable, production-grade deployments • Proven ability to build and maintain complex data pipelines (batch & streaming), API integrations, and Monorepo-structured codebases • Practical MLOps knowledge covering model lifecycle management, packaging, deployment, and monitoring in production environments • English proficiency at B2/C1 level and fluent Portuguese • Availability for a hybrid model based in Lisbon, Portugal • Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit Benefits & perks • Welcome kit upon joining • Opportunities for career progression • Health insurance coverage • Coverflex meal card • Other protocols and special discounts • Personalized support from a career coach • Access to a network of national and international tech industry partners • Flexibility in working policy (remote, hybrid, on-site) matched to your preferences
