About the role
Bosch Automotive Steering Systems (Jinan) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005 and located in Jinan, Shandong Province, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of steering systems for commercial vehicles. As a global leader in steering systems, we provide safe, reliable, and comfortable steering solutions to customers both domestically and internationally, fully meeting the steering demands of commercial vehicles in the era of intelligence and electrification.
At this critical juncture of technological transformation, commercial vehicle steering systems are rapidly transitioning from traditional hydraulic-assisted steering to electronically controlled systems. Leveraging Bosch Group's world-class R&D resources and technological expertise, we have achieved mass production of the Servotwin series of electrohydraulic steering systems and are actively advancing the development of the ServoE series of fully electric steering systems. Through cross-domain integrated innovation and functional development, we continuously enhance vehicle reliability, safety, and comfort, driving the commercial vehicle industry toward higher-level intelligent mobility.

• Team management: Motivate and manage the team to ensure effective collaboration. Set team goals, conduct performance evaluation and develop career growth paths

• Development and Release: Supervise the design team to fulfill new products and components development and release according to BOSCH AS product development process.
产品开发与释放：指导设计团队， 根据BOSCH AS产品开发流程，进行新产品及零部件的开发和释放。
• Technical Support： Support for product validation activities (DVP&R) and customer project acquisition
技术支持：支持产品验证试验释放(DVP&R)以及客户项目获取
• Product Optimization: Strive to make technological breakthrough independently, guide the supplier and internal departments to optimize the product 
产品优化: 独立技术攻关，指导供应商和内部团队优化产品
• Global Collaboration: Participate global platform product development, Share technical information and support with global team.

• RPP improvement: Support continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts (RPP).

Bachelor degree or above in in engineering or technology-related fields

Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering.

Knowledge in steering, chassis or engine system in automotive industry or other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications.

Good understanding of manufacturing and assembling technologies.

Good understanding of design requirements for products made of steel, aluminium and plastic materials.

• Experience工作经验
More than 5 years experience in commercial vehicle steering system mechanical design and more than 2 years team management experience
5年以上的商用车转向机系统机械设计经验以及2年以上的团队管理经验
Lead mechanical parts development independently, including but not limited to  housing, piston, worm, sector shaft, gear etc.
独立主导机械零部件开发，包含不限于壳体，活塞，蜗杆，扇形轴，齿轮等。
Rich work experience with utilizing design method and tool like DRBFM, FEA, DFMEA
丰富的DRBFM，FEA, DFMEA等设计方法和工具相关使用经验
• Other其它
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
优秀的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能
Knowledge of German language desirable
具有德语能力者更佳
Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, resilient, team oriented and responsible. with an ability to work in a diverse team
