We operate in a flexible work model that combines both in-person and remote work to boost collaboration, enhance innovation, and adapt to individual work styles. We're seeking passionate, innovative minds to join our journey. Be a part of our dynamic team and let's transform the industry together! Director of Product, Workflows CreatorIQ is the software enterprise brands and agencies run their creator marketing programs on. A large customer works with thousands of creators a year across dozens of programs and several markets, and every one of those partnerships has to be sourced, vetted, agreed, briefed, tracked and paid for. You'll own that operational core and lead the product teams that cover it today, accountable for making the whole thing feel like one operation instead of a series of handoffs. The mandate is to rebuild that operation around AI. Tooling in this category, ours included, was designed for a world where a person did each step by hand, and it still assumes that. It scales by adding people. A community manager keeping a 2,000-creator program on track lives in spreadsheets. An agency casting 300 creators against a brief in a week gets there by throwing bodies at it. Your job is to change what the software is responsible for, so programs scale without the headcount and the people running them spend their time on decisions that need judgment.   In this role, you’ll get to: • Own the workflow end to end. Discovery, Lists, Community, Campaigns and Messaging are one continuous job for our customers, and today they feel like separate products. Making them one, and making most of it happen without a human clicking through it, is the mandate. • Lead and grow a team of product managers. You'll set the bar for how they work, coach them on discovery and judgment, and give them enough room to own their surfaces without you in the middle of every decision. • Decide what gets rebuilt agentically, what gets simplified, and what gets deleted. Plenty of our existing workflow exists because someone needed a manual solution in 2020. Some of it should be automated, some should be replaced by a better model of the problem, and some should just go away. • Get the trust model right. Provenance, confidence, human-in-the-loop review, honest failure, and clean rollback are what decide whether an enterprise customer lets an agent touch a live campaign. • Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture and delivery. Schema, core service, bulk operations, permissions, the data model that both the UI and the agents read from. You need to be credible in those conversations, not just present for them. Who you are and what you’ll need for this position: • You've spent 8+ years in product, including 2+ leading product managers. Titles matter less than the work, but we need someone who has managed PMs before and knows the difference between coaching and taking over. • You've owned a broad, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS surface where the product is the customer's daily job. • You have a builder's mindset and haven't stopped being hands-on. You prototype. You use AI tools to build the thing rather than write a doc about the thing, and you expect the same from your team. • You've rebuilt a manual workflow around AI and know the difference between removing the work and putting a chat box in front of the same twelve clicks. You're fluent in the mechanics too: retrieval, tool use, evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, and where an agent shouldn't be allowed to act alone. • You have real product taste and you use it on AI output. You can look at an agent's plan, a generated brief, or a search result and say why it's good or why it's plausible-sounding filler. You ask the same question of a big customer's request or an inherited roadmap item: does this actually solve the problem? • You're technical enough to hold your own on data model and API design. Schemas, CRUDL, bulk operations, permissions, third-party integrations. You can tell when a small-sounding request is touching something structural. • You can prioritize across teams with genuinely competing claims and explain the tradeoff so the people who lost the argument still understand it. • You write well. Most of how we work is async and in docs, and a Director who can only communicate in meetings will not scale here. • You take initiative and own outcomes. You don't wait to be told the priority, and you'd rather bring a proposal than a list of questions. You're curious, self-driven, low-ego, and allergic to "that's not my job." • Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones. Most work is async and flexible, but occasionally we'll ask for a later call. Nice to have • Experience with influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech. • Experience building search, discovery, or recommendation products, including semantic or multimodal search. • Experience shipping CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle products. • Experience shipping AI features into enterprise accounts where governance, auditability and permissions were part of the deal. • Experience hiring product managers a
