Job Purpose : - To manage and optimize end-to-end outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatches, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost control, and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :- Dispatch Adherence, Inventory Accuracy, Freight Cost per Shipment, Premium Freight Cost, Transportation Efficiency, Customer Complaint Closure, Transit Damage Rate, Warehouse Productivity, SAP Process Compliance, Audit Compliance Score
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Commerce.
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience : - Automotive, Auto Components, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Process Industries.
Experience : 12-15 Years
Required Skills & Competencies :-
• Strong knowledge of Outbound Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.
• Expertise in SAP (SD/MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Inventory Management and Transportation Planning.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Root Cause Analysis & CAPA.
• Team Management and Leadership
• Data Analysis and Reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred).
• Negotiation and Vendor Management.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
