About EH Group Engineering EHG is developing cutting-edge fuel cell technology for heavy duty mobility and large-scale stationary power applications. Our uniquely redesigned product is a significantly more compact fuel cell with high power density and lower costs of production. Faced with the challenges of climate change and the transition to a decentralised energy system, EHG seeks to provide high performance and cost-effective fuel cell solutions to our clients and partners. To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimise workflows, capacity and efficiency across our semi-automated production operations. This role requires full-time, on-site presence at our Nyon, Switzerland office. We're not able to offer remote or hybrid arrangements, so candidates should be prepared to relocate. Key Responsibilities: • Analyse and optimise production workflows, layouts and material flow • Perform time studies, prepare Gantt charts, capacity planning and line balancing • Define labour standards, staffing models and productivity metrics • Lead Lean/continuous-improvement initiatives (ex. Kaizen, 5S, VSM) • Support factory layout, ergonomics and workstation design • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency and cost • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and planning teams Skills and Experience Required: • BSc/MSc in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or systems engineering is mandatory • Minimum 4-5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of Lean, time-and-motion studies and capacity planning • Analytical and data-driven with strong Excel and data-analysis skills • Experience with ERP systems and factory layout tools • Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts • Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus Start date: Immediately Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
