Our client is currently evolving its People & Culture function to become an even more future-focused, strategic and value-adding organization. As Vice President Talent & Learning, you will play a central role in this transformation.
As Vice President Talent & Learning, you will hold group-wide responsibility for ensuring that the organisation has the capabilities, capacity and leadership needed to deliver on its strategic ambitions – both today and in the future.
You will provide strategic direction across the talent and learning agenda, creating coherence across talent management, learning, leadership development, recruitment and external workforce management.
Working at executive level, you will partner closely with senior leaders, business areas and central functions to translate business priorities into clear capability strategies and people initiatives. You will operate in a complex, matrix-driven environment where collaboration, influence and strong stakeholder management are key.
Key responsibilities
Contribute as a strategic member of the People & Culture Management Team, helping set direction and prioritise key initiatives across the people agenda.
Drive the continued development of a future-proof People & Culture organisation.
Provide strategic leadership across talent, learning, leadership development, recruitment and external workforce management.
Translate current and future business needs into clear capability priorities, frameworks and strategic initiatives.
Enable the successful delivery of the people strategy across a complex international organisation.
Drive strategic digitalisation and AI enablement across workforce, talent and learning to improve effectiveness, consistency and employee experience.
Build alignment across Business Areas and Staff Functions and act as a connecting force across a complex stakeholder landscape.
Partner with senior and executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies.
Contribute to business transformation and long-term organisational effectiveness through a strong people and capability agenda.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a senior or executive leader with responsibility for complex, international and group-wide topics.
Strong experience within talent acquisition, talent management, learning and leadership development.
Strong business acumen and experience translating business priorities into impactful People & Culture initiatives.
A proven leadership track record within complex organizations and senior stakeholder environments.
Experience driving transformation, digitalization and/or AI-enabled development within the People & Culture area is highly relevant.
Fluency in English; Swedish, German or Dutch is an advantage.
