About the role

• Hands on working experience in working in an Agile environment (Kanban framework is specifically used) • Requirement engineering for complex projects • Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment • Strong problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with both business users and IT development team on various seniority levels • Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope • Ability to escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Project Management • A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times • Tools: Confluence and JIRA 📍 Client & contract:  lead international bank | B2B 🗣️ Recruitment: phone screen with our recruiter + 2 on-line meetings with hiring managers 🗺️ Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow Verita HR  is an international company providing recruitment support within #Fintech, #Finance and #Banking market in EMEA. We are looking for a highly effective, client focused Business Analyst with experience in managing delivery as well as in requirements gathering and testing. The role holder will be expected to analyse, define and own the implementation of the Client Services products across multiple client journey, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to identify and assess business needs.
