About the role

• In-house legal Counsel /Up to $7,500 /Construct Industry @Boon Lay • Provide legal advice to group of companies and business units on a broad range of legal, contractual, corporate and commercial issues; including contracts review, drafting, negotiation and advisory Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects. • Setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices, and liquidation of such set up. • Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants and oversee the progress of their work • Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal and contractual matters • Degree in Law with 8 years’ experience, and knowledge of construction law. • Experience in leading negotiation and finalisation of construction contracts, particularly for engineering, procurement and construction projects.
