About the role
Bosch Electric Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (RBCE) was established in Nanchang in Jan 2025 as a joint venture between Bosch and Jiangling Motor Corporation Group (JMCG), with Bosch holding a 60% stake and JMCG owning 40%. RBCE is primarily responsible for the development, application, production, sales, and servicing of electric drive axle systems for light commercial vehicles.
1、Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for MAE (Manufacturing Automation Equipment) projects, from concept and design through procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover.
2、Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project).
3、Create and review mechanical designs, specifications, and layouts for non-standard equipment and automation systems, ensuring adherence to design principles and requirements.
4、Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Production, Quality, Maintenance) and external vendors/contractors to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
5、Select and specify appropriate materials, components, and systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical transmission systems.
6、Utilize 2D/3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design creation, review, and modification.
7、Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions during the project phases.
8、Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and internal quality procedures.
9、Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, test protocols, and progress reports.
10、Provide basic technical support and guidance related to electrical control systems interfacing with mechanical designs (preferred).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in project management, specifically related to non-standard equipment, automation lines, or complex mechanical systems.
Proven track record of successfully managing at least 2 complete equipment projects from initial concept to final customer handover.
Strong proficiency in mechanical design principles, with knowledge of common engineering materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical transmission systems.
Practical experience with industrial equipment, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and assembly processes.
Proficient in using 2D/3D CAD software for design and documentation.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Prefer:Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and vendor management.
Basic knowledge of electrical control systems is a strong advantage.
