Manufacturing & Process Specialist

Located 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured a wide range of products and solutions for the Automotive Business for over 58 years. Join our team, to work, lead and win #LikeABosch   Main Objective Responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines. Fulfill the security, quality, delivery and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing Low Pressure Sensors. What challenges will you have? • Analyze and implement new projects by interpreting specifications, designs and line capabilities. • Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets. • Responsible for reducing down times on production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process. • Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.). • Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines. • Provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in tooling in order to ensure the continuity and quality during production. • Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools. • Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for scrap and failure costs  Who are we looking for? • Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic • From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry • Advanced English level Technical Knowledge • Lean manufacturing • Problem Solving (8D Methodology)  • Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP) • ECM Future What you will bring to Bosch • Structured, systematic and analytical approach • Effective communication and interpersonal intelligence • Continuous improvement mindset • Project management skills  Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
