We are seeking an energetic and commercially curious Marketing Lead to shape the visibility, reputation and market engagement of our Industrial Asset Intelligence business in SGS Australia. The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager – Industrial Asset Intelligence (IAI), you will lead the marketing approach and content plan across Fulcrum Robotics and IQ. You will uncover the stories behind complex technical work, turn them into compelling communications and connect marketing activity with commercial priorities. This is a visible, hands-on role working with operational leaders, technical specialists, project teams, business development and sales colleagues across multiple locations. This role offers the flexibility to be based in one of our offices in Hobart, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth. What You Will Be Doing • Develop and deliver the IAI marketing approach, content plan and campaigns. • Translate technical projects, innovations and client outcomes into engaging stories, case studies, presentations, photography, video and digital content. • Manage marketing channels, content calendars, asset libraries and SharePoint environments while monitoring engagement and commercial impact. • Partner with business development and sales teams to create targeted materials and convert market interest into qualified opportunities. • Build a forward-looking pipeline of events, awards, publications, partnerships, speaking opportunities and industry initiatives. • Support acquisition communications, market-entry activity and the integration of new businesses into the IAI portfolio. • Showcase the combined value of Fulcrum Robotics and IQ while respecting each business’s identity and maintaining alignment with SGS brand requirements. About You You are a confident storyteller and relationship builder who can make technical information clear, accurate and engaging. You bring initiative, sound editorial judgement and a modern approach to marketing, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and turn business objectives into practical, measurable activity. • Experience in contemporary marketing, communications or content, ideally in a technical, industrial, professional services or B2B environment. • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, visual and digital communication skills. • Experience partnering with operational teams, subject matter experts, business development and sales teams. • Capability across digital content, photography, video, social channels, campaigns or marketing asset libraries is highly desirable. • A qualification in marketing, communications, media, business or a related discipline is desirable; equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered. • A current driver’s licence.
