一般职责  
维持大规模生产  
工作职责  
1）在培训周期内完成认证，通常为一个操作站的认证  
2） 持续学习和实践，通过初级、中级、高级技能认证  
3）及时准备原材料及各类耗材、化学品、磁带、专用刀头等，确保生产使用  
4）操作生产设备，并处理每日生产中的常规报警信息（MPI）  
5）测量各项质量参数，监控统计过程控制（SPC）、薄膜（HRMT、P图及其他报告）等图表，实施过程质量控制。在操作员层面处理各类质量问题及异常情况  
6） 监控工序中的在制品（WIP），根据情况调整生产计划、更换设备或调整生产优先级  
7）满足每日产量要求
 
8）遵守公司工作手册、纪律规定、操作规程、安全要求及质量控制标准  
9）将任何异常情况报告给技术操作员或组长  
10）保持工作环境及生产设备的清洁与整洁
资格与技能  
1）教育背景：高中或中等技术学校及以上学历  
2）资格认证后的知识要求  
— 具备基本英语能力，掌握约300个英文单词，能够使用全英文界面操作生产设备  
— 熟悉高洁净室行为规范，具备基础的污染控制知识与实践经验  
— 具备基本的环境、安全与质量意识，部分岗位需具备化学品操作技能  
— 具备计算机操作能力，能高效录入和查询各类生产及质量数据与记录  
— 基本了解ECS、SPC、输送系统，能够熟练操作  
3）沟通与谈判能力  
— 具备逻辑思维，能够清晰描述问题或异常情况  
4）问题解决能力  
— 能够观察并报告生产、质量、设备、设施及EHS方面的任何异常情况，具备相关技能与主动性 
5）贡献与领导力  
— 具有责任感、主人翁意识，成熟稳重，勤奋且富有智慧  
6）对业务的影响范围  
— 无
