Quantum PMO Lead

Must have: • Significant experience leading PMO / programme office functions within complex, multi-workstream change in a regulated environment • Strong governance, planning, RAID/dependency management, and executive reporting skills • Strong financial management capability: forecasting, budget tracking, and change control discipline • Advanced tooling and MI skills: JIRA/Confluence, reporting dashboards/analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint discipline • Confident stakeholder management with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority Nice to have: • Familiarity with quantum-safe / PQC programme concepts and their delivery implications (inventory, migration waves, vendor readiness, training) • Experience supporting cyber, cryptography, or large-scale technology risk programmes • Experience operating across global stakeholder groups and federated delivery structures • Prior experience within a highly regulated financial institution Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
