About the role
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that drive business success. Provide expert guidance, training, and support to end-users, empowering them to maximize the value of Salesforce. Extensive Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) or CRM implementation experience, with a proven track record of success. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others, with hands-on experience in at least two large-scale, full life-cycle implementations. Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and the ability to architect solutions that align with business goals. Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with a structured approach. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
