👮‍♂️ HIRING FULL TIME SECURITY CENTRE FLEX SUPERVISOR ARSLAN SRS Singapore 📌 Position: Security Centre Flex Supervisor 💰 Salary: $6,350 – $7,050/month 📅 Employment: Full-Time 🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm 📆 Public Holidays: Excluded 📞 On-Call: After-hours on-call support required 📍 JOB ROLE We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Centre Flex Supervisor to provide operational leadership within the APAC Security Operations Centre. The role is responsible for maintaining operational readiness, supervising security operations and supporting incident response, emergency operations and wider Global Security initiatives. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide leadership and oversight of Control Centre shift teams • Supervise day-to-day security operations and shift readiness • Support operational performance and team training • Lead incident response and crisis management activities • Manage and coordinate incidents from start to finish • Support wider Global Security emergency operations • Exercise sound judgement when handling operational situations • Communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and executive leadership • Ensure quality control of incident reports, situational updates, briefings and documentation • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational consistency • Backfill Shift Supervisor duties when required during contingencies or emergencies • Utilise and oversee security technologies including: CCTV Access Control Incident Management Systems 🔹 REQUIREMENTS • 3–5 years of relevant experience in: Law Enforcement Military / Intelligence environment GSOC / APAC Security Operations Centre Equivalent private-sector security operations • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience • Strong leadership, decision-making and incident management capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments 🔹 KEY COMPETENCIES ✔ Crisis & Incident Management ✔ Operational Leadership ✔ Executive Communication ✔ Analytical Thinking & Decision-Making ✔ Security Systems Proficiency ✔ Team Leadership & Training If interested please whatsapp: 📲  Ops Admin:  8981 1123 📲  Ops Admin 2:  9789 2316 Terms & Conditions Apply
