About the role
This is you
• Commercial experience in test automation and Quality Engineering .
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js for test automation.
• Experience with NestJS and testing applications/services built with Node.js/NestJS .
• Experience designing and developing scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks .
• Strong hands-on experience with API and integration testing (REST/HTTP).
• Understanding of API-driven architectures , integration patterns, and Tyk API Gateway .
• Experience in automating end-to-end (E2E), integration, regression, functional, and API tests .
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and implementing quality gates .
• Experience testing microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise applications .
• Proficiency with Git and modern software development and testing practices.
Nice-to-have skills:
• Hands-on experience with Tyk API Gateway or similar API management/API gateway technologies.
• AWS experience is preferred but not a hard requirement.
• Experience with cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging is a plus.
• Experience in the Telecommunications / Telco domain is a plus
