Senior Full Stack Developer (all genders)

Your challenge As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (all genders) , you will play a key role in building and evolving Hubject's cloud-native eMobility platform. Working across backend, frontend and cloud infrastructure, you will design, develop and operate scalable, secure and high-performing applications that power electric mobility worldwide. You will collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, QA and DevOps to deliver reliable software, shape technical decisions, and continuously improve our engineering practices. Why Hubject We develop ideas and deliver solutions for the eMobility market We are working on the most important growth topics We are an international team of very motivated eMobility enthusiasts AND We have over 30 benefits different categories: • Food & drinks (food subsidy on the Euref-Campus restaurants) • Mobility (BVG subsidy) • Health & sports (Urban sports membership M) • Equipment (Laptop etc) • Learning and development (yearly training budget and Udemy learning platform access) • Hubject Lifestyle (Voiio membership) • Family-friendly environment (flex working time) Your Tasks • Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and TypeScript. • Build secure REST APIs and intuitive, responsive user interfaces while following clean code and software engineering best practices. • Develop and operate cloud-native applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure high software quality through automated testing, code reviews, performance optimization and continuous improvement. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, QA, Architects and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle. • Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex technical issues while improving application reliability, scalability and security. • Mentor other engineers, contribute to technical discussions and help establish engineering best practices across the team. Your Profile • Several years of experience developing full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5 and SCSS. • Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems and modern software architecture. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and Git in cloud-native environments. • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis) and automated testing frameworks. • Solid knowledge of clean code principles, software design patterns, secure software development and performance optimization. • Excellent problem-solving skills, ownership mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)  Language • Fluent in English (company language) Start date • as soon as possible Location Onsite in Berlin Hybrid set-up: • 1-2 days per week at the office,  rest remote from the comfort of your home :) • EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin - Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility (Remote within Germany possible) Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
