About the role
Role Purpose Lead estimation, costing and billing for interior fit-out projects delivered by Transform by Awfis. The role owns accurate quantities, BOQs and budgets from tender stage, protects project margins through rate negotiation and change control, and certifies contractor and vendor bills as per contract terms.
