As Senior Influencer Executive for Germany, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the way our brand connects with an influential and growing fitness community. You’ll work alongside a passionate, high-performing marketing team and play a pivotal role in scaling our influencer strategy in one of our fastest-growing markets. This is a unique chance to blend creativity, strategic thinking, and cultural insight, all while working with some of the most exciting talent in the German fitness and wellbeing space.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="191" data-end="408">Own and drive the day-to-day operations of the German influencer programme, ensuring consistent growth and performance, while maintaining strong working relationships with creators and talent agents in the region.</li> <li data-start="412" data-end="587">Support the Senior Influencer Manager – EU in shaping and executing the German influencer strategy, aligning with overall EU and global objectives for the Myprotein brand.</li> <li data-start="591" data-end="815">Deliver detailed performance reporting on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, analysing key KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions and ROI, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.</li> <li data-start="819" data-end="999">Manage programme maintenance, ensuring influencer tracking links, discount codes, and promotional offers are accurate, live, and performing optimally across all communications.</li> <li data-start="1003" data-end="1238">Actively source and recruit new German influencer talent, with a focus on brand alignment, commercial potential, and cultural fi
