This could include procurement, commercial operating models, supplier management, contract management, commercial efficiency and commercial transformation.</p> <p>Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in some of the following:</p> <ul> <li>You will have experience delivering commercial, procurement or supplier-related transformation work in Home Affairs or wider public sector environments.</li> <li>You may have built your experience in consulting, within a government commercial function, or through a combination of both. We are particularly interested in people who understand consulting delivery and can bring real government commercial expertise into the team.</li> <li>You will have a strong understanding of how government commercial functions operate, including procurement regulations, governance, approvals, controls and stakeholder dynamics.</li> <li>You have experience of working in complex commercial environments, helping programmes to deliver transformation through procurement activity </li> <li>You will have experience designing, assessing or improving commercial operating models, including structures, roles, processes, decision-making, capability and ways of working.</li> <li>You will have experience identifying and delivering commercial efficiencies, value for money opportunities, supplier performa
