In this role, you will own full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and engaging passive and active talent globally, to guiding candidates through our end-to-end hiring process, to generating offers and transitioning new hires to our People Ops Specialist for onboarding. You will act as a key internal stakeholder, collaborating across teams to manage headcount reconciliation, oversee compensation alignment and equity, and coordinate and participate in internal interviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring recruitment projects are delivered on time and that all milestones and deliverables are met. This role requires <strong>exceptional administrative strength</strong>, including the ability to navigate multiple documents and systems while adhering to structured, process-driven workflows.</p> <h3 data-start="82" data-end="518"><strong>What you ll be doing:</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1;">Own and execute the Greenhouse recruiting process end-to-end, managing roles from opening through close while ensuring full process adherence.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date <strong>hiring documentation</strong>, tracking all candidate and hire data to support seamless reporting, audits, and data-driven decision-making.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Demonstrate <strong>exceptional organizational skills</strong>, effectively managing multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail throughout the day.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Provide timely, clear, and proactive updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders, <strong>anticipating needs and addressing issues before they arise.</strong></li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Operate with a proactive mindset, <strong>staying one step ahead of recruiting workflows</strong> to prevent bottlenecks and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring experience.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;"><strong>Sourcing</strong> is a primary part of your role. You are confident in engaging passive candidates and utilizing the team’s networks to engage with candidates appropriately.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What makes you a great fit:</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.5;"><strong>5+ Years </strong>recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech space.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">3+ years specializing in Sales Recruiting</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Work in a <strong>remote-first</strong> company where <strong>communication is key</strong>.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">You’re comfortable in a <strong>high-paced </strong>environment. You embrace change and ambiguity.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">You’re familiar with <strong>Greenhouse</strong> and <strong>LinkedIn Recruiter.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation & Rewards:</strong></p> <p>In the United Kingdom, the Base compensation range for this role is GBP 100,000 - 120,000.</p> <p>In Ireland, the Base compensation range for this role is EUR 95,000 - 115,000.</p> <p>In Spain, the Base compensation range for this role is EUR 73,000 - 95,000.</p> <p>Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
