Software Engineering Manager

What we're looking for • Experience managing software engineering / development teams, or significant leadership experience as a Senior Team Lead ready to step into management. • The confidence and maturity to lead experienced technical people, not simply manage around them. • Solid understanding of software development and engineering practices. You don't need to code, but you should be comfortable discussing architecture, development, delivery and technical trade-offs with engineers. • Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge, influence and make decisions when needed. • Experience working in complex enterprise or international technology environments. • A pragmatic, hands-on management style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Emotional maturity, resilience and the ability to build credibility quickly with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Nice to have: Oracle EBS, SAP and Salesforce experience. The teams work with enterprise technologies such as Oracle EBS, SAP and Salesforce , but we are open to managers coming from other software engineering environments. What matters is your ability to understand technology, lead engineers and operate effectively in a complex enterprise setting.
