We are looking for someone who has
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Spa operations, with direct oversight in ME License and Case Trust
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in retail, inventory and pricing
• Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders across all levels
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (5 days work week from Monday to Sunday on rotating shift)
What you will be doing
• Oversee daily spa operations, including financial reporting, staff commission tracking, procurement and inventory, retail management, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and manage the Spa team; overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and professional standards to foster a high-performance culture
• Maximize spa revenue and profitability through strategic yield management and targeted marketing initiatives
• Drive Member satisfaction by cultivating a culture of service excellence and ensuring effective resolution of escalated concerns
• Analyze feedback, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to enhance services and programs, while identifying opportunities to maximize productivity and efficiency
