SYV- Careers and Job Guidance

We are looking to employ a flexible, positive, and focused individual to join us our team. Role Description: Responsible for student career guidance, upper secondary school application preparation, and educational planning across the school, with focus on Åk 8. We currently do not have an Åk 9 but will do in 2027-28. Requirements: Qualified Study and Vocational Guidance Counsellor degree with a strong interest in youth counselling and educational equity. This is a 25% SYV role. The position is 25% (part-time), as we are a small school with small class sizes, and is semestertjänst employment. We offer flexibility in how working hours are structured during the week. This person should be fluent in English and in Swedish. All colleagues are expected to be fully engaged and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children and understand that every moment counts in school.
