About the role

Quality Planning and Management Support Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, benchmark standards and project-specific quality requirements. Coordinate quality activities with project teams, contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients. Inspection, Verification and Sign-Off Coordinate inspections, benchmarks, first-of-a-kind reviews, sign-offs and hold point releases. erify that inspection, testing and completed works meet approved requirements, procedures and quality documentation. Support Quality Issue Resolution and Corrective Action Processes Track NCRs, observations and quality issues through to close-out. Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, lessons learned and continual improvement. Support Quality Records, Documentation and Traceability Requirements Maintain quality records, inspection records, test reports, certificates, traceability requirements and objective evidence in approved systems. Support preparation and verification of turnover, completion and handover documentation. Support Quality Reporting, Risk Management and Continuous Improvement Initiatives Prepare quality reports, dashboards, metrics and KPIs, and support quality risk tracking. § Promote Right First-Time behaviours and quality awareness across project teams. Key Competencies Quality Assurance and Control: Knowledge of ITPs, inspections, sign-offs, compliance verification and quality management processes. Project and Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to work with project teams, contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients to communicate quality expectations and resolve issues. Documentation and Digital Platforms: Experience maintaining quality records, traceability and objective evidence using ACC, Procore or equivalent systems. Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to support root cause analysis, corrective action and lessons learned. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of relevant construction regulations, building codes and industry standards. Skills and Experience Required Construction Industry Experience: Experience within the construction industry (especially DC projects), with exposure to quality assurance, quality control, inspection, testing, commissioning, or related project delivery activities. Familiarity with construction methodologies, inspection and testing processes, quality documentation, and compliance requirements is desirable. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, civil engineering, quality management, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent industry experience and relevant professional qualifications will also be considered.
