<p>Planet is a global company with employees working remotely world wide and joining us from offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and The Netherlands.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role: </strong></p>
<p>Planet is looking for a working student based in our Berlin office to support our Customer Success team. You will work alongside our Customer Success Managers, focusing primarily on fulfilling contractual reporting requirements for our most significant customers and providing essential contractual governance support.</p>
<p>As a Working Student, you will acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete these tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn and takes initiative in tasks. </p>
<p>This is a part-time (20 hours/week), hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office approx. 2 days per week.</p>
<p><strong>Impact You’ll Own:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fulfill essential contractual reporting requirements for significant, high-value customers.</li>
<li>Provide reliable contractual governance support to ensure alignment with complex customer agreements.</li>
<li>Acquire job skills and learn company policies to complete routine tasks related to customer reporting and governance. </li>
<li>Utilize a systematic approach to problem-solving by gathering relevant information and understanding basic problem-solving methodologies. </li>
<li>Assist our Customer Success team in different customer-related activities and support internal workflows by preparing and maintaining documentation. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Actively enrolled in a Bachelor/Master degree program. </li>
<li>Foundational problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze simple problems, follow instructions, and seek guidance from more experienced colleagues. </li>
<li>The ability to receive detailed instructions and work effectively under direct supervision.</li>
<li>Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company.</li>
<li>Experience with Google Docs, MS Office products, or similar applications. </li>
<li>A reliable, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What Makes You Stand Out:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge or an interest in the remote sensing and/or GIS industry. </li>
<li>Experience in written communication with customers or generating usage reports. </li>
<li>Data analysis experience or a foundational ability to translate customer data into actionable insights. </li>
<li>French or German language proficiency.</li>
</ul>
